But still he can be harmed, imprisoned or banished temporarily under the right mystical circumstances, he is also susceptible to the weaknesses stated in his hindrance section.

Since The Spectre can manipulate reality on a scale/scope that go beyond what can be handled in a game system it is suggested he be used as a an NPC of some sort or as a “Deus ex machina” to get the other characters out of a dire situation.
