Simon originally did not possess the Flight power and used a Rocket Pack (later, a Rocket Belt). When the Scarlet Witch “brought him back for the dead”, his body now emits Ionic radiation, allowing him to fly.
For a time, Simon’s powers where unstable and his strength increased when he was angered. When this would happen, his Strength increased 1d4 steps; however his Parry is reduced by 2. He is required to make a Smarts check at -2 to recover.
For a brief time, Simon’s powers where mutated due to exposure to a Kree Nega-bomb, which allow him to project Ionic energy blasts and he could shape-shift to a limited extent.
